Reliance Communications — network closed before informing all users,so it become difficult to port

I have a Reliance GSM 4G number from West Bengal region [protected], i am currently living in Hyderabad.I am not receiving network from this sim .
When wanted to know the reason we get to know that reliance is closing off, then i tried to contact on your customer care toll free which is not working.
i get to know that there is one UPC number will get when will try to port the number.But my question is how i will able to send a message for porting, if i am not getting network on Reliance number .
Hope you will help us on this issue and take necessary action as early as possible .It could be the possibility that my number could be given to someone else.
This number is very important to me .
