[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Network Coverage Issue | |||
Hi Team, I am facing the issue of network coverage and voice breakage from last 3 month. I had complained this issue to customer but there is no response to my complaint till now. Still I am paying full rental every month. Now my concern is if I am paying properly then why I am not getting proper service, please resolve all issues and improvise the services. If not then please wearier for same. Below are Complain/Service request numbers those I made, please look into this. I am facing the issue of network coverage, Voice breakage and call drop problem from last 3 month. I had complained this issue to Customer care and Appellate Authority but there is not positive response to my complaint till now. Still I am paying full rental every month.
So please solve our problem provide waiver off all month bills.
