Reliance Communications — Network Fluctuation issue from[protected]

i purchased the reliance connection(no. [protected]) on 9th February from on of the re in kathauta named hotspot, The no. got activated on same day at approx 9 PM. from that day onwards the network was fine and there was no problem with it. on 18th feb morning the network fluctuation started i tried to call customer care they told that the area in which i am using the no. from 9th of feb is not our service area i just want to know that how come i was using the no here ? please check to the problem and provide solution as soon as possible Address where no. is being used Amity University, laulai road, Nr malhaur railway station, Chinhat, Lucknow Kushal Kaushik alternate no.
