Reliance Communications — Network issue last 3 years | |||
Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Reliance Communications since long time. I have 5 prepaid and postpaid connections in my home My mobile numbers is [protected] But I regret to inform you that For Last 3, year I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor/bad network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows very low signal that’s why I cannot make any phone calls at my home . This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me. I also Complaint last 2.6 year to Reliance Communications in *333/198 and ([protected]@relianceada.com) in twice and Reliance technician also come to my home He told me that it will place a machine in your house but he never ever come to speak and I have the same problem Reliance has many people talking did not solve the problem, just ask someone, but I request you please quickly solve the problem.. In this situation, I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible. Thank you in advance for your kind co-operation with regard to the above compliant.
