Reliance Communications — Network not working till asking for bill amount | |||
Dear sir/madam, I mr. Avinash limkar residing in flat no:4a, bhikaji complex, chinchwad, pune -411033 has been using reliance broadband connection with login i’d:[protected] for last 18 months. From 3rd june 2017 net connection has been not working due to main server issues which is located in yashopuram building, link road, chinchwad. I have lodged a complaint to your customer care service on 3rd june with a complaint i’d: [protected] and the same has been closed without even attending by you on 9th june 2017. I have again lodged a complaint on 9th june with a new complaint i’d :[protected] and the issue remains un resolved too. When contacted your local service person he told us that chairman of yashopuram building was demanding the rent (May be electricity bill running of server) for main server. Due to this net connection has not working. Kindly take this issue on priority and waive off the current month bill. You can also track from your system that no net connection has been utilized from 3rdjune which had implicated serious loss to us. Hope we will get a prompt and positive reply for the issue faced by us stop bullying people by closing the complaint before attending. Instead of resolving my net connection reliance peoples are asking me for bill pay. As per reliance policy, i am paying bill in advance so request you to refund me last month bill amount and advance amount also. Please cut off my services after refunding amount.
