[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — network related and erroneous customer service

My Reliance Number is [protected]. I am facing a huge network issues in my locality (Sindhi Society, Chembur) from past 9 days. Every time I try to make a call, there appears a beep sound and the call gets disconnected. I was trying to lodge complaint to the customer care but in return I was getting a reply they will not lodge a complaint as its not a valid complaint. Finally after 3 days I was able to lodge one complaint. Complaint ID:[protected]. This morning they gave me a call saying your complaint is forwarded to other dept., and when I am trying to confirm calling on the customer care, they say your complaint is resolved. Am shocked to hear that and still continue to face the problem. I am a professional and currently because of being out of contacts with my clients, I am loosing out ample of revenue.
