I have recently purchased a new broadband connection and in
this short period of 1 week I have experienced a hell lot of problems
which I had not never expected.
First thing, I was promised that I will get working internet connection
in 2-3 days, for which I had submitted the application on 29th of last
month. That did not happen as installation itself took 7 days. I
accepted this but still after this the problems continued.
At the day of installation, it worked for a while at a
speed of GPRS data on mobile networks.The next day it stopped working
completely. I had to call customer care as the installation guy said
that once it worked it's not my responsibility now. I got to know from
customer care that my details were not updated so it will take 72 hours
to activate the connection. I waited...
On Friday night, I again phoned and they said there is
some technical problem (an engineer need to visit my place) and they
registered a complaint (with STA of 24 hours) for my problem. I waited
at home the entire Saturday waiting for the guy to come but no one
appeared. I called at 23rd hour and they said there was problem in
entire Pune and you will get your problem resolved next day morning.
On Sunday morning, I called again and guy named
"Dharmendra" said it's the problem at server end and it may get
resolved any time (THERE IS NO NEED OF VISIT). In afternoon I called
again and guy named "Praveen" said there is nothing wrong at server end.
(VISIT IS REQUIRED). I just need to understand what's the problem and
why customers are treated this way. The customer care representative are
like repeating machine "Please wait, please wait. We can't tell". Was this information helpful? |
