Reliance Communications — New mobile not active since last 4 days

Sir,
My self ritesh chandak, residing in rohini g21, house no 106&107, sector 7, 110085. Have taken a new number from reliance through namo narayan comunications under the plan of rs 699 on 14th may 2016. Since then my number is not active yet. Physical verification of my address is done on 15th may2016. Tower is showing in my cell. But when trying to connect it say to contact customer care to resume services.

More over the employees of reliance customer care division are not even decent enough to hear the complain and resolve it, i am deciding to surrender the number as i am being mentally harassed with the initial services what will happen in future god knows. And

Reliance Communications — Issued postpaid sim to unknown Person on my name

My name is nitesh I got a postpaid bills on my email i.d which is issued on my name but I never issued it. Don't no how that person use my document to buy that reliance postpaid sim...
