[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No action for my complaints in last many days

I am having problem from last 15 days and no buddy is taking care of it, i am getting different complaint numbers and resolving process is like zero. I am using and complaining for the internet connection which is used in my office. My question to your internet team is how would i and my whole team work without internet. This is my final mail to reliance regarding your service if i am not getting my internet working within 2 hrs i will not be your customer any more.
And kindly take this request e - mail as discontinuing request / application.
