Reliance Communications — No disconnection even after 3 months a request

Hi I had already mailed to reliance regarding disconnection on May 2 but still by bill is getting generated repeatedly. I have however paid by bill inspite of which i was not liable for it. In future i wil bycott all reliance internet services and will not recommend anyone to use reliance.
