Reliance Communications — no incoming calls and sms from other network

My number is [protected] and i am using the same past 10 years. From last 50 days i am not able to get any incoming calls nor sms to the above number and not even able to forward calls. It says that the number is invalid. The biggest problem is not getting my otp. I have requested for mnp also twice but got rejected. Please help me. I have made n number of complaints also.
