[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No incoming our out going calls

Earlier we have 2g land line cdma connection it was converted to 4g connection they informed us that they have stopped 2g service, for the first month every thing was ok, from the second month onwards the problem has stated. Out post paid connection no is [protected], this phone is not working from the last one month, as per the message received we have remitted the payments, till now the connection is not resumed.

Last 7 days this device is not working.when i complaint through customer care centre several tmes but they are not responding.once we call customer care they are bluffing thy are telling they cant hear my voice .kindly rectify the faut as early as possible otherwise cancell my connection.
