[Resolved] Reliance Communications — no internet connections

There is no internet connection since 25 days but bill is raised promptly and it is paid by me too.
Company is not providing the internet connection and sending bill for full cycle, is it right?
It is so many times going to company outlet also there is no response to consumers.
Kindly take a complaint about the same. I am waiting for justice.

Updated by ashokapparels After lodging a complaint a call is came in the name of reliance communications he is asking debit card detail along with cvv no. And password. It is really how is possible to give cvv no?
He is asking for taking payment of rs. 10/- and i am ready to pay amount via online or in outlets but he is not agree. It is not possible to give cvv no. Or password or otp.
