Reliance Communications — no network and not porting facility

Hi rcom team,

My reliance number is [protected] registered in the name of avishek mukharji. I am not getting any network nor i am able to make or receive calls or messages to my reliance number. I tried reaching customer care but the are also out of service. I went to reliance stores located in ahmedabad, they are also closed. Even jio centres are also not able to help me with upc code.

I just want to port my number and request you to provide me my upc code for porting. My registered email id - [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected].
