[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No network connectivity | |||||
From past 2 months I am facing network issues. I have submitted complaints many times but nothing is being done. I can't receive calls. I have visited the store several times but there behaviour is just not acceptable. They always say that the server is down and they cant lodge a complaint. They just dont coorperate with the customer, instead of providing solution they say we cant do anything. Buy a new SIM may be the problem will get solved. Along with this they say the company is planning to launch 4G so the network will not be available. On asking till when the problem will be solved, they say after May when the product get launch. The store owner is never in the store and the workers are just too arrogant. They have zero etiquettes.
