Reliance Communications — No network for Pro 3 | |||
Hello, To whomsoever it may concern, i have been using the Pro 3 data card for one month now but for more than 5 days i have been facing the issue where the data card has no signal. I paid the bill in advance thinking it might be the reason which was due on 15 feb. But still i am facing the same issue. I tried to contact the customer care representative but no one is able to help me right now. I am living in Pimple gurav area Pune. I keep hearing the same reason every time that maintenance is going on in my area but what kind of maintenance goes for one whole week. I chose Reliance because it is reliable but i am doubting my decision now as i ma not able to use the data card. Please look into the issue and i hope you will try to resolve it ASAP.
