[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No one from [protected] entertaining my request for disconnection

Dear Reliance, I want to disconnect above two numbers and are on my name (Vishal Gupta). I am trying to contact customer care at [protected] for the last 2 days but they are not listening me. After 4-5 hours calling they raised ticket for disconnection of 1 number ([protected]). However, nobody is helping me raising the request for disconnection of other number. This is really very bad experience. Also one of the person from the team warned me and didn't listen to me at all. I request you to take strict action and raise request for disconnection of both numbers and disconnect immediately. Also refund my security deposit of rs 600 for both numbers on priority basis.
