In January I placed a request to convert my phone ( [protected] ) from postpaid to prepaid. All the relevant documents regarding this were submitted to RCom. But it's 23.04.2015 and I am still struggling for my 15 year old to get activated either in postpaid or prepaid. As per RCom my number is active in prepaid but still not able to receive or make calls due to there technical problem, this is the statement from there customer care department. Also being my number in postpaid i am still paying my prepaid bills every month. I have contacted the nodal officer too but no result.
Don't know how a connection can be on papers in both prepaid as well as in postpaid at the very same time. Where the incoming and outgoing facility is barred for last four months. Was this information helpful? |
