Reliance Communications — no response from customer care via email/call | |||||
I want to deactivate my number [protected] from reliance network and have tried all means (By email and call) to contact customer service. Why do you even provide network when a customer cant even contact helpdesk? I want the deactivation process request for my number to be taken immediately. Emails have been sent several times even to the nodal officer (From 7-8days) and even filed a complaint in app but its in vain. Have paid rs 300 as advance charges while taking the new sim.
