[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No response from reliance if called | |||
Hello! I had purchased Reliance broad band net connect in in oct-2010. As I started using initially the speed was good. But later it became very slow. Fortunately I had wifi, then I stopped using Reliance from past one year. I am trying to call and informed that I need to terminate the connection but none of them are responding properly. Even now tried calling but no representatives are available. Is says wait for 5 mins... I would like to terminate the connection. Kindly let me know the procedure to terminate. I don't want to continue any more. From past many months I am just paying the bills. Now please see that it is terminated, I will not be paying bills anymore. Please do the needful at the earliest.
