Dear sir,
I hv opted to migrate my two mobile (Postpaid gsm-[protected], [protected]) to your service provider under mnp scheme with faith & hope that services of rcom will prove as its name "reliance".
The sim was provided by your executive mr nitesh dwivedi mobile no. [protected], tel no.[protected].
I am calling him since last one month for issuing the bill & receipt for our mobile number on completion of billing cycle & generation of monthly bill to claim the reimbursement from my employer as per his earlier commitment before mnp. But sorry to say that he never provided the required bill & receipts since commencement of connection.
Secondly i hv complained him regarding from call dropping & poor network and connectivity. But he is unable to respond my continuous & regular telecon & mobicon.
Thirdly he promised me to respond immediately as & when i get any issue regarding services of rcom. But sorry to say that he respond only after 08-10 calls daily, if i call from different number & once in a week time.
Lastly when i draw his attention on activation of isd on my above number, but he told me to lodge request on 198 & your customer care denied to activate isd telling that connection needs greater than one year age.
I request you to please arrange to refund my advance amount deposited with you and how to revert my mnp to your company.
