I have raised a complaint recently here regarding sending bill for time period were service was not provided.

One person called me from reliance and I explained him all the details and he said he will check and get back regarding that.
Nobody replied on the issue till now.
AND without even informing me via any means (ie, sms or mail or call etc) they disconnected the service saying I have not paid bill. If we call the customer support no one picks call and it gets disconnected after making us wait for 25-30min.
Someone else from billing desk always call me asking to pay bill as well.
Is there no one to regulate these stuffs? Whats the use posting it here if no one responds and take actions? Should we go to consumer court?
Reliance customer service is THE WORST service to have. Those who plan to take reliance please go for Airtel or some other vendors.
DON'T TAKE RELIANCE. We are already cheated by them and we don't wan't anyone else to get cheated the same way. Was this information helpful? |
