Reliance Communications — No solution of problem instead of regular complaints.

I am using Reliance Broadband USER ID[protected] Registered on name of SUSHIL HAMIRWASIA from AHMEDABAD-380027. Instead of complaining regularly my Internet service has not been resolved and every time the complaint had been closed by them. In a month of 30 days we are suffering this connectivity problem around 10 days and no proper solution is been provided by the company. Here under are the details of my complain with the date on which they were registered.
