[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Non activation of 3g service on sim | |||
Bought a reliance sim on 18th December 2015, because the representative assured me that it has 3g option. Put a Rs.255 3g internet recharge on 17th Jan 2016. The 3g pack was credited to my acct only after repeated complaints. Was still unable to use 3g. After speaking to customer care executives multiple times, I was informed that 3g was not active on my sim. Have lodged 5 complaints with the customer care executives since then, and each time, am told to wait for 24 hours, but have got no update on the same till now. Speaking to their senior team leaders has also had no effect until now. I have lost out on the 255rs as the validity is almost over, as well as im spending half an hour every day connecting with the unhelpful and ill-informed customer care executives.
