Reliance Communications — Non activation of my sim after multiple submission of id card | |||
My mother is reliance cdma customer (Mob. No - [protected]), but as reliance have stopped cdma services, we have already transferred our number from cdma to gsm. For transferring the sim from cdma to gsm the reliance store has charged an amount of rs. 100.00 from my mother. My all previous balance in that cdma no. Was forfeited. Anyhow, after all this problems my mother has visited reliance store for more than 5 times yet reliance number ([protected]) is not operating due to identity card issue. We have already submitted new identity card. But still over 1 week and no service. On calling the reliance store executive he is threatening to block our number permanently if we call again.
