My name is Rahul Gupta, I using Relience GSM no. [protected]. i got my rechared with special tariff on 20/6/2014 it was working fine but now from 26/6/2014 it is not working. I have complaint in Relience customer care many times and they proviede me complain no.[protected],[protected] and asked me to wait 24 houres but still not working i am very unsatisfied of there response.
please take care for this.

    I want to migrated from my current plan WICM750X (Wimax) to Thunder 699 (WICF699) but reliance communication is not changing it . In my current plan i am paying 800 rs and getting 4GB data with 2MPS speed .However Thunder 699 (WICF699) cost around 750 rs and give unlimited data with 2Mps speed .| I am following up with reliance but they are also not providing the correct details which all plan can be migrated. Getting no proper reply from them

      Hi, My name is Mayank Gupta and my phone no is [protected]. For last several days I am having trouble with 3G internet on my prepaid sim. I called the customer care but all they did was to send me GPRS settings. Couple of days later I called again but the customer care person refused to listen to me. He kept on insisiting that issue is fixed. Even when I told him that I am facing the issue he refused to believe me. The a day later I called again and this time a Complaint No[protected] was created. Some days later I got the call and received settings but I am still having trouble, Download speed I am getting is of 2G speed. The internet connectivity is inconsistent.

      My name is Mayank Gupta and my phone no is [protected]. The issue started yesterday on December 20, 2014.

      Yesterday I could not use internet on my phone so I called GPRS team on 198. The lady told me that while I have 132MB 3G Data, there is zero main balance. There should be at least Rs 1 of Main balance to use 3G services.

      I made a recharge of Rs 10 online on reliance website using HDFC Debit Card. The receipt ID is AMIR65079317 for the transaction.

      After I recharged, my internet worked for couple of minutes and then went down. When I checked I realized that despite having 132MB 3G data, Reliance deducted amount from my main balance for internet usage. It was down to zero again.

      Then for the whole day, I called 198, chatted online, sent tweet. Nothing happened. Yesterday was the last day of my internet plan so 132MB data expired before I could use it. What is worse is that you guys deducted amount from my main balance which is now zero.

      Everytime I call the Reliance Customer Care, I only hear one thing that link is down please contact later. The GPRS department has simply refused to help. The customer executive and 198 is not attending the call. This is completely ridiculous.

      I want my 3G data since I could not use it because of your fault. I also want my main balance back.

        I am really unhappy because of deduction of balance frequently for some scheme for which i have never requested. Yesterday there was a deduction of Rs 30 from my account balance. Because of these frequent deduction of balance i prefer not to recharge any top up to my sim rather i only use for internet purpose. Please resolve the issue, i want refund of my deducted balance.           I have been using Reliance Broadband wire line connection since 5 or more years and i can say that i have been on the receiving end of some pretty service during these years. And my present case seems to clearly highlight the Lazy Attitude, Poor Service And Ignorant behaviour of theirs. The case is my Internet stopped working on 19th June 2014 and lodged a complaint regarding the issue on the same date and today is 30th June 2014 but still my connection is not working . The representatives of the Reliance Broadband kept me in the loop for 10 days by saying that they will rectify it by the next day. The people who look after my local circle i.e. Patparganj Reliance Office with persons like Harmeet, Ashu, Sagar and Anil the technician have irritated me to the core by not giving me proper information about my case and actually by not doing a thing to solve my issue. I want my case to rectified as soon as possible And 100% bill waiver for my next bill. To add on my connection was not working in the early June too for 5 days and there is no outage of internet connectivity in my area .Actually in my lane all the other connections are working fine.           Well that's you problem, right there. Everything happens in future tense i.e. your representatives say" my connection 'WILL' get fine and it has been 14 days and counting. Now you also say that they 'Will' contact.The thing is, I am the only person who is contacting or doing something about this problem. Actually you guys have to just replace a cable to repair my connection. But15 days are not enough for you guys to replace it because maybe that cable has to be replaced by People who work hard, who are not ignorant and who are truthful.
          Wow you guys are so incapable. seriously its 9th july and still my connection is not working.

              Sir, My netconnect+ subscriber number is [protected]. This is to bring to your kind notice my complaint regarding frequent bills being generated & sent across inspite of me having paid advance rentals for my said connection. There is a massive miscommunication between the system, the customer care & the billing dept at your end. To top it all there is no response to the mails under protest. My complaint number registered earlier is[protected]. I had made a payment of Rs 1353, towards advance rental, on the 26th of march. My billing cycle is 27th. But my adv rental payment was not activated & instead of march, it was effected from 26th april. In between I was issued a bill of Rs 1402. I protested & was told to pay Rs 1353 for a period from april 26 to july 26. as 3 months advance rental. I was given a waver of Rs 600 & paid the remaining Rs 753 via online. Now my cycle which is supposed to continue till 26th July, is again effected with another bill for Rs 1353 to be paid before 15th July. Why am I subjected to such frequent mental harassment & made to explain my stand. I kindly request your kind self to either put things straight & correct your billing or pls cancel my connection & relieve me of such double billing. Today again I have contacted customer care & explained my stand. Kindly either convert my connection to prepaid or cancel it alltogether. I am not going to be subjected to such treatment every month. This is really not done by a corporate of your standing & stature. Please help me by providing immediate solution & continue with peace of mind. Thanks -Narayan Narsinghani [protected]

                Dear Sir, I am also suffrer of non receipt of refund of balance amount of reliance power IPO purchased during FY2007-08. During the scrutiny of my accounts related to bank and shares, it is noticed that the refund of balance amount of reliance power IPO, sent by refund order no. 1171184 dated 01.02.08 for amount Rs.18565.00 still not credited to my bank account. As per telephonic discussion regarding this issue with karvy Computershare private limited Hyderabad over telephone no.[protected] on dated 28.05.2014 I have sent the scanned copy of original refund voucher sent to me along with IDBI bank account statement (from 01.02.08 to 28.05.2014) duly countersigned by bank and all other necessary details, but i have not received any inpiut from karvy.                   On 26th June i had about 200rs in my mobile account.I didn't make any calls that day and no other service is activated on my mobile no.The next morning when i checked my balance, it was only 0.15rs.I tried several times to contact the customer care but they cut the phone before contacting the customer executive.This is the 2nd time that this is hapenning to me.This is so disgusting.This fake company is a thief.Reliance, i[censored] can't provide proper service then just shut this fraud company down.                     On 24th-25th June i had about 120rs in my mobile account.I didn't make any calls that day and no other service is activated on my mobile no.The next morning when i tried to call someone.I couldn't call anyone and my phone started beeping when making calls.So i checked my balance and it was only 0.014rs.I tried several times to contact the customer care but they cut the phone before contacting the customer executive.The next day I recharged for 100rs.I didnt make many calls and also a tariff of 20p/min is activated on my number.Until yesterday there were around 70rs on my number and today morning again it showed only 0.07.the same thing happened with my another reliance number on which 200rs were deducted all of a sudden and i've filed a compaint for that also.This is so disgusting.This fake company is a thief.Their chairman Ambani is just making money by snatching it from his customers.Reliance, i[censored] can't provide proper service then just shut this fraud company down.                         My reliance number [protected] was terminated on 28-June-2014. When I called your customer care, they didn't find my number in there database and they could not give any reason for the sudden termination. Last recharge was made on 8-June-2014. So I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                          i have a problem with my GSM card... i cant send messages.. i mean, i send them, but they are not getting delivered.. everything else is working fine... outgoing calls, incoming calls and messages all working good... but the only problem I'm facing is my messages are not getting delivered, not even the local ones... i even tried to figure it out why messages are not going by calling 198 but no one took the complaint. Reliance complaint desk never works.. no one listens.

                            they have done this process 6 months back. but still no response from reliance people. I need my refund amount.

                            I used the connection two days. I asked for continues service but they was not provided. and agreed to return the amount. thats not happened

                              Reliance Net connect No : [protected] Hi, I have been Reliance Data Netconnect customer since 3 years now, in the first week of May i got a SMS from Reliance that in Rs 999 they are offering 20 GB Data/Month, so i called in (Reliance) Customer Care to upgrade the plan from my next billing cycle ie from 27/05/14 i was informed that it would get changed i called in three to four times to confirm whether my plan has been changed since it wasnt reflecting Online on My Services, Suddenly from 1st June 14 my connection was lost and couldnt use the service at all, finally on 4th June i lodged complaint[protected] regarding the same i was informd that due to some technical issue service was not available and it shud get resolved in 48 hrs and since its their fault they would not charge me for the no of days the service had been affected, almost 15 days went no response and i had called every alternate day to check the status of complaint but to my surprise the complaint was closed without consulting me or resolving the above issue, finally i decided to put in a req for cancelllation on 17 th june, complaint no[protected], i was told that someone would call me first and than my service will be cancelled and the entire procedure of cancellation will take 15 days, On 22nd june my service was suspended and till date its not been cancelled and i have already got a bill of Rs 1114. I have given up now and dont want to speak with Reliance Cust Care Dept coz they all are useless and im very disappointed that even though i have been with this company for 3 years and above i had to go through this kind of pathetic service from Reliance .I would like to complain against Reliance that this company should get penalised for poor network as well as poor customer service, I would like to get my Service Disconnected with complete waiver of the latest bill that they have sent me as i was not able to use the service at all, If i dont get resolution i am willing to take this complaint to TRAI for sure, also from now onwards i would never ever advise anyone to buy or use Reliance Communications any kind of Service .Hope to get a positive response from this Forum .                                 Dear all, I have no connection from 7th June and I have been calling REliance customer care for almost a month now and still no resolution to this issue. No one from the customer care is escalating the issue and I have not received any call back from their technical team as promised by the CSR everytime I called. It takes an average 12-15 minutes to connect through the customer care of reliance broad band. Following complaints were raised. 7th June 2014: complaint no:[protected]. ( This was closed without confirming with me. The services are still not working and how can someone from technical team can close the complaint. ) I had to raise another complaint on 20th June, 2014 20th June: Complaint no[protected]. (Still no resolution to the connection) Request you to please look into this and help me get the connection or the refund of connection charges which was taken at the time of connection.

                                  Hello Sir, I am using reliance[protected] from the day reliance starting GSM service . Today when i went for activation of 1 GB 3G data with code *777*156# i got a screen message TRY AGAIN, so i tried several times and after 12.40 pm i got the data 3 times and 468 balance was deducted . I called customer care and even chat with reliance live chat but both said we cant do anything regarding this problem . This was company's fault and why should customer bare the loss . Please solve it and refund me 312 rupees and take back 2 GB data as i just want 1GB data which cost 156 rupees . If not possible please increase the validity of my data pack (2 months).                                   I have got a phone call[protected] two to three days back from reliance in shoring me to solve the problem on urgent basis but still it is half solved means rather than increasing 2 months validity they have just increased 1 month validity . Reliance please look after it as the problem is yet not solved fully ( as told on phone that it would be solved totally )ag

                                  I got a mail from reliance e-mail id :[protected]@relianceada.com saying (As per the system policy, we will not be able to transfer the data balance.Hence we request you to be careful from next time.)
                                  Problem was occurred in reliance and asking me be careful next time . Not a appropriate answer, i want a solution . I[censored] can't transfer the data extend the data validity 2 months more for which u have deducted the balance twice more

                                  I was told that the validity will be increased by two more months not two months because the deduction was done three times, so three months validity should be provided not two months . As discussed on call, i should have got two months more validity and reliance has increased only 1 month validity . Please solve it .

                                    1) I have bought a reliance netconnect with 3 months advance payment on 18th of Dec 2013 in the post paid scheme. 2) about a month the internet stop working and i started complaining. 3) On 16th of Jan 2014, the customer care tells me that my account is transferred from Post paid to prepaid and the rest of the amount will be given back. 4) till today i have not got the amount back(INR 1400 is still illegally holding by Reliance). About 6 months of contact with reliance, what i have heard from reliance is that they cannot refund the amount. As a matter of fact -I have not requested you to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid. -I have not requested you to stop the service which i have paid already for three months in advance. So i feel it is natural justice to give back my money you illegally holding for more than 6 months(with interest). You can have any internal rules when it comes your firm, but that is not natural justice.. I paid to have the 3 months advance service, and you disconnected the service in one month and changed to prepaid without refunding my amount? what kind of justice is this?                                     I have not got any solution for my problem. When i went to the reliance shop yesterday to know what can be done, they informed me that, they have 1000s of complaints, my money is a small amount forget about this.

                                    So there is no solution for my problem? and reliance have cheated lot of people with their money...

                                    No updates, yet. May be you are trying to reach like you are trying to reach me "falsely" like you said from January.

                                    On[protected]:20 i got a call from [protected]. I think, it is from reliance. The line was so bad i cannot hear a thing, i told them to call back. But it did not happen, when tried to call this number i cannot get connected.

                                    I recieved a call from Reliance on 24th july, and he claimed that the connection is a corporate connection, which i denied, he told he will get back to me with 'TRUE' facts.
                                    One more week gone without any update. I got a call from reliance on 25th of July, accepting my concerns expressed here, and Reliance is solving this issue in "high priority". When i ask how long it will take to get a response for high priority issues to get a response, he told no idea.
                                    Hope reliance is still solving the issue in high priority.
                                    No update on the 'high priority' item for long time.
                                    2 weeks, no update on the 'high priority' item.
                                    I received a call from reliance on 9th of Aug.

                                    First the operator claimed, it was i who requested for Post paid to Prepaid. When i asked for any proof for that claim, because i have never done any such act.

                                    Then, the operator changed his argument telling, the advance amount is adjusted in the first bill. If it is adjusted in the first bill from first month onwards why the internet is not working? when you adjust things internet won't work? I clearly remember, when my interent got disconnected, i asked the sales person Ravi(phone number [protected]) in the showroom to do the same. He claim, reliance don't do this. Reliance will return the amount in DD.

                                    So what to do now? reliance can do what ever they want to the customers?
                                    No update on this issue. just a blind refusal from Reliance to deny my money they are holding.
                                    There is no communication from Reliance. As they understood, they cannot return the money or even provide me the service for the amount i have paid.

                                    They just keep telling they cannot refund the amount. Then why don't they provide the service for the amount they have taken from me.

                                    As i see there is no progress in my case, i don't know what should i do to get money back.

I was using the connection GM mobile [protected] for more than a year. 5/May 2014 I had called to disconnect the connection I was been told that there 50rs basic postpaid plan. I accepted that after a month I am seeing the I am getting bill for old plan that is 527rs. I have been following up on a weekly basis from there in email. I use to get calls stating the issue will be resolved and still there is no one to look into it. reliance is cheating people with such cheap gimmics(incorrect details and not supporting the customers). I request your support to take it forward. e
