My cell number [protected] was ported last month and my last bill shows a refund of rs. 373, but the company has not paid the same. I had paid the advance earlier as the company had charged me advance. That time they said that it was company policy to charge advance amount. Now, i find the company is closed and forcibly ported our all numbers including mine. When i contacted the call centre, no one is attending the call. Please help me in getting my refund.
