[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Non Recharge of STD rate cutter | |||
I have already lodged a complain on 8th Aug 2014 against Reliance communication that i am unable to recharge any STD rate cutter and on inquiry their customer care executive told me that my SIM is a dongle sim so such schemes are not allowed . This for information of all once again that the same SIM is being used by me since 2007 and all the recharges were applicable to it upto last 2 months so how the SIM will be automatically changed of its own. In response to this complain their executive contacted me and promised me to sort out the issue in 3 days . Already 10 days passed and my problem is continuing hence do the needful to solve the issue and penalize the end service provider for harassing customer am using a reliance GSM SIM having number [protected] since Feb 2007. All was going as it suddenly since last 5-6 months whenever i tried to recharge some STD rate cutter all the time a message will come that YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. After repeated trial today i could able to talk to customer care executive who informed me that my SIM is a DONGLE SIM SO SUCH PLAN CANNOT BE RECHARGED. I am really surprised how my SIM becomes DONGLE SIM as i have not changed it in 7 years. She informed that you had purchase the dongle sim since 2007. I asked her how then i was able to recharge the same till last 6 months she didn't answer and cut the line. The reliance people are doing such kind of nuisance just to harass people so that people will pay more money to them. Kindly do the needful and oblige regards Was this information helpful? | |||
