[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Non responds of questions, product disqualified

As I reliance customer more than 5 years, continuously I m facing problem regarding my credit balance in account. Last week I m spoke in customer care, Some amount was deducted from my main account (above 100) but reliance care reply was we can't view the details more than 3 days& didn't receive any reply, Then I am already recharged rate cutter plan as 107 of 25 pause per sec. Now I am tech 3 G plan & now the existing rate cut plan converted to normal plan. But no has refunded Today I spoke to reliance care Jayanthi then she has not answer my above question then she is disconnect my call without answer my quest
