[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not able to discontinue Reliance Netconnect since last 6 months | |||
My name is Rohan S Katepallewar, and I have been using Reliance Netconnect service since last two years. My number is [protected]. In March I decided to discontinue service for several reasons. We requested Reliance accordingly. We were given alternative options/plans to continue the service. But we refused. Customer service kept calling us and we refused every option. We just wanted to discontinue the service. We cleared all the dues in April. Even after that, I kept receiving mails regarding bills. Each time I reverted with the reply that we have stopped using the internet service. I replied to innumerable calls expressing that I wouldn’t pay the bill (which was generated unnecessarily) and I kept on requesting them not to trouble me anymore for last six months. Since last week I am getting payment reminder of bills pending for last three months. I was threatened with legal action against the bill of Rs 1230/-. I tried my best to call the number given in the mail. It never got connected. I sincerely request Relaince to stop this harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
