[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not able to make a call and to connect internet | |||
Dear sir/maa'm I subbaraj Ponnuchamy Land Line no.[protected] I am not able to make call and to netconnect([protected]) any where from my residance it seems error in searching mode atleast more than 10 times i have registered complaint to help line no *333 . but it still has not been resolved till now please help me this is from last one month. yesterday(16-jul-2015) I got message from reliance that request will be resolved in next 6 hrs request no[protected] still it is not solved problem

Dear sir/madam
I changed my net connection plan from
Brdbnd5GDy10gNgt400 ([protected] ) due to net connection very slow. Now I got
new net connection ([protected])
from nearest reliance store.now it is ok.
But new connection ( ([protected]) is not added in land line[protected]
Relationship Number [protected] it is generated separate.
But when i got connection they told me within 2 days old connection will be
disconnected You can use newconnection.
But stiil not disconnected Brdbnd5GDy10gNgt400 ([protected]
I am not using old netconnect . Please do not add bill payment
for disconnected connection. already i paid lot of bill payment for with
out using net connection due to networking problem.
Please do the needful earliest
