[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not able to make calls to other network after 2 or 3 calls made to out of karnataka | |||||
Hi, My name is Deepthi. I recharged my reliance network with 199 rup. It is a 2g gsm sim. I purchased the sim in a store in karnataka. My number is 781*******. I found 199 rup plan in website and recharged with 199 on 3rd february. Daily I receive a message for this offer and pop up continuously which made me to recharge. The offer was activated in 2 seconds. The benefits of the offer is as follows. 1. Unlimited local and std calls to any network all over india and free incoming roaming for 28 days.. My issue is Iam not able to connect to any network that is out of karnataka for more than 20 hours in a day. It is simply saying that the route is busy. Why the hell the route will be busy to any number that is out of karnataka? No one will be on calls for more than 15 hrs continuously. I tried to 20 helpline numbers of reliance and the same message( REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY) i hear every time. Iam able to connect to local numbers with in the state.Is this a kind of trick by Reliance team or what? Keeping unnecesarry offers and cheating people is the worst way to manipulate people. This is the 5thday Iam facing the issue since the offer was activated and none of thecustomer care representatives respond. I am fed up with this as I tried calling different numbers 100 times till now. I don't understand how the customer care people are so busy at midnights too. Even when I call at 2 am also it will sound engage. Appreciate the cheap tricks for always keeping the handset aside by making the IVR software in such a way so that it can sound busy when ever or at any time a customer calls. Great manipulation by reliance. And I mailed to reliance complaints email as well and no reply till now. Will wait and see whether this complaint website atleast work well or this is also a time pass site to cheat nd waste time nd money in typing such a long message. they dont even respond to the mail or call and simply update an email in the websites for complaints. Reliance CommunicationsPhone Company till now the issue is not solved.. got a call and mail from customer care number few days before and informed that the issue will be resolved soon but no update and progress till now. so pathetic service by this fraud company. customercare executive called finally after posting in some other forum and informed that there is a technical pblm and they are working on that and I think still they are working on the same issue as there is no improvement even after 16dayys. when asked the date of solving no reply from them, instead just giving false statements nd safe answers that takes time nd cant assure the time. omg please help me. As per details checked and verified in our records, the recharge of Rs.199/- has been successfully recharged on February 3, 2017 and benefits has been posted in your account.
