I am totaly frustrated with such a lousy service provided by RCom. Reliance Mumbai customercare is total waste. I am facing issue in doing outgoing calls, my number [protected]. when i called 198 for that they gave me various STUPID solutions and then they blocked my call too.. This is how you treat you customer?? They want me to wait for 48 hrs to get this fixed!!! do you guys know the meaning of high priority?? I am also from service sector, if any such high prio issue come here we have to solve it by max 3 hours. At least you should give respect to you word, I AM STILL FACING THE SAME ISSUE. CANT MAKE ANY OUT GOING CALLS. CAN'T CALL 198 EITHER, WHY THE HELL THEY BLOCKED ME?? BETTER YOU SHUT IT DOWN IF YOU DON'T WANT ANY MORE CALLS COMMING TO YOUR SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE .
I want my issue to be resolved by max today itself and need proper compensation for such a PATHETIC SERVICE
provided by you.
Cant beleive it, such a bad experience with INDIA's one of the prestegious company.
TRY TO REPLACE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE WITH TECHNICALLY SOUND GUYS.
