[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not activating new reliance number | |||
I purchased a new Reliance sim card with mobile no. [protected] yesterday for Rs 100. All the documents needed for verification were sent with the form. At around 7-8 pm the sim card got the signal and hence I called the customer care to activate the sim card.But these people are not activating it.I am telling them the correct address as mentioned on my documents but due to typing blunder by their people they are not verifying it. The person who feeds the address in their system has typed my address incorrectly. Now they are telling me to call after 6 hours every time I call them and not rectifying their error. I have already contacted them 5 times. This company is just making a fool of people, taking their money and not providing service. It should be punished.
