[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not even getting 0.1 % of promised Pro3 14.7 mbps speed | |||
I have recharged with 1299 unlimited for prepaid Pro3 ZTE AC 3633 dongle ( number [protected] ) yesterday evening ( 9 Aug 2015 @ 8.05 pm ). Now, today morning, I received message that I have exceeded the limit and enjoy the usage @ 144 kbps. FYI, the plan is unlimited usage @ 14.7 mbps, no cap on data limit, no FUP. Checked repeatedly from Customer service[protected]. Now, I have raised requests, complaints, talked to the Customer care representatives @[protected]. Req No :[protected]. It is very frustrating that NO ONE was able to resolve the issue, ONLY AFTER I REQUESTED TO ESCALATE THE ISSUE, THEY ARE ACTING LIKEE OKKKKKK WE ARE DING IT. That is the only thing I got, Badly frustrating, It feels like I have been cheated well. Nice .. now time to move on from this Service provider if not resolved soon. Anyway, a moment of delay in resolving my issue will not hamper the trunover of the service provider. But, surely I will be at the receiving end to loose my very hard-earned money.
