[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not giving the benefits after taking money | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I got very much disappointed with ur customer care reps..Thing is that I have recharged my number for 3G data worth rps 197 on 08 Aug 16. I have not gotten any benefit till date.Several time I talked with CC but nobody gave me assurance.Now I realize that ur so called company is behaving like thief and act as barbarian/Ruffian..I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and do the needful.My reliance prepaid number is [protected] and complain number is[protected]. kindly look into the matter and reconcile my benefit.
