[Resolved] Reliance Communications — not got the benefits mentioned with recharge amount

On 21st of july i have reachaged with 17 rs which gives the benefits of 20p/min all calls for 28 days as mentioned of www.rcom.co.in website.
But have not got the same benefits and while calling 30 rs extra has been debited due high call rate charge.
So kindly activate my pack with all benefits and refund 30 rs to my main balance.
