I am Amit Kumar. This is to report that I received call on 31st May 2016 to reliance communication (Mr. Prateek[protected] to purchase postpaid SIM and they understand me post plan and I was agree terms and condition. Same day they sent their executive and I hand over to executive my ID proof (DL, voter ID, Pan Card), One Photo & 100 rupees & signed customer app form and take receipt of rupees 100. They said it will active with in 48 Hrs.
My SIM was not activate within 3 days, then after 4 days, I call to Prateek to know the status of activation of my SIM, they said my residence area (Dakshin Puri) not comes to their selected area and now I have to pay 550/- rupees if I want to activate my SIM. I refuse him and said to return back my all documents and money. Next day I received call to [protected] this no. and said he is calling direct reliance communication form Ranjeet Hotel, they ready to activate my SIM and provide my ID proof on this whatsup no[protected]. I do that same thing instantly, still SIM did not activate.
Now today is 16th of May 2016, Neither the SIM is activate nor Mr. Prateek picking my call & not returning my documents and money after so many reminders. I am very hashed to this services and sometimes I feel to go su-side.
Now I want final solution to come out to this situation to you and strict action against Reliance channel partner and i also compliant in RIL Communication also 2 days back but i did not get any response yet. I have all the proofs like voice recording and advance payment receipt to RIL channel partner. Waiting for your favorable reply.
