[Resolved] Reliance Communications — not providing service in quality and ignoring the call in call center about non availability of clear network | |||||
As i have intimated to customer care already about the failure of service from april 17. Which was not resumed after many reminders or no one attended personally my complaint. I stopped using the service and informed to terminate the connection. While client is not providing service and i am not entertained against my problem then for what i have to pay the charges? I asked many times to send me settlement bill against march 17. Till date didnt get any response. Here with this mail i am again asking for the same and i am ready to pay the amount immediately. This is for your information. I am unable to attend any call as i am out of mumbai. I am in bhopal. With reference to mail from your advocate i would like to state that in connection of this matter i had a talk with your customer care on their call. Since march 17 i am not getting proper and fluent transmission or net work on my instrument and from april 17 i had sever trouble to get net connection. So my net connection was almost stopped and i informed it to customer care. But regret to say that i didnt get positive result. So i asked to disconnect my connection. After that i said that i will not be responsible for any payment charged after march 17. I am still agree to pay the bill of march 17. But need a rectified and corrected bill which does not include any penalty or further charges. Because i am not at fault and did all what was possible to convey your company. This is negligence or irresponsible attitude of your call center that they didnt take any serious step to solve out the matter. This is for your information. Iam recharged with 154 for 70days Bt now i cant browsing, because it shows no data balance in your Account..What can i do
Internet is not working from last 3 months. I submitted lot of complains and email but no one is taking it seriously. And now you are saying, please pay bill for continue your suspended services. How dare you say?
