I really satisfied from your services at all.

I'm trying from last 2.5 months on customer care number but no any response. No one cal pickup my call.

Broadband connection & landline not working from last 2.5 months and still i got the bills which is not good at all.

I have to discontinue with all of your services. Reliance broadband connection and landline number as well.

    Worthless customer service with having undisciplined executive who don't have manner to talk to a customer.. Executive ramachandra was very rude n didn't have manner to talk to customers. Don't have any records of customers call. Very pathetic service to a long term customer who has been a custom since reliance telecom was started.. Very disappointed and will also tweet for the same as since july i m facing a pathetic customer service without any resolution and this tym it is it. I said the executive that i called twice on bill date to remove the extra monthly rental internet of rs101, and he said i didn't call and he doesn't have any records of it instead he started arguing and shouting.. That guy was senseless and mannerless. If reliance will hire such kind of executive for customer support.. Then reliance customers will never call to customer support and instead will port out like i m moving to airtel as they have a great customer support. Very disappointed with reliance and now u are losing an old and loyal reliance customer today.

      Sir mene recently 5/9/17 ko rs.93 ka recharge krvaya tha data ka jisme daily (1 gb) milni thi 28 days k liye pr mujhe sir ab 2 days se data nhi mil rha mere account mein! Mene pichle month bhi krvaya tha yhi recharge pr pichle month koi dikkt nhi aayi!
      Sir plz ise solve kijie!

        Sir, recently ur coustomer executive call me and offered me the new number [protected] to buy in rs 1000 i agreed with him and say him that i want to purchase it then ur coustomer boy delevered a sim on my address and take my all documents and money from me and said that my number is activate in 2 hours but this number is not activated and i called ur executive back that the number is not activated yet. Then they take time of 2 days and said this number will be live in 2 days after that the number is still not activated then i call again then they said this number and activated another number [protected] without taking my permission and promised me to give me unlimited data for 4 months and now they dont give me unlimited data after useage of some gb s the net is not working. So pls help me and give that number that ur coustomer executive promised me.

          My mob. No. Is [protected], i have activated a net pack of 1 gb 3g data daily for 56 days on[protected]. But even after 12 o'clock at midnight daily company is charging from my main balance for gprs services.

          I was having rs. 70.032 as main balance on 08.09.2017 and as on today rs. 33.092 is there. All balance is deducted for gprs services. Yesterday night rs. 34 deducted from my main balance.

              As i have intimated to customer care already about the failure of service from april 17. Which was not resumed after many reminders or no one attended personally my complaint.
              I stopped using the service and informed to terminate the connection.
              While client is not providing service and i am not entertained against my problem then for what i have to pay the charges?
              I asked many times to send me settlement bill against march 17. Till date didnt get any response.
              Here with this mail i am again asking for the same and i am ready to pay the amount immediately.
              This is for your information.
              I am unable to attend any call as i am out of mumbai. I am in bhopal.
              With reference to mail from your advocate i would like to state that in connection of this matter i had a talk with your customer care on their call.
              Since march 17 i am not getting proper and fluent transmission or net work on my instrument and from april 17 i had sever trouble to get net connection. So my net connection was almost stopped and i informed it to customer care. But regret to say that i didnt get positive result. So i asked to disconnect my connection.
              After that i said that i will not be responsible for any payment charged after march 17. I am still agree to pay the bill of march 17. But need a rectified and corrected bill which does not include any penalty or further charges. Because i am not at fault and did all what was possible to convey your company. This is negligence or irresponsible attitude of your call center that they didnt take any serious step to solve out the matter.
              This is for your information. Kindly let me know the bill of march 2017 so that i can pay it immediately.

              Iam recharged with 154 for 70days Bt now i cant browsing, because it shows no data balance in your Account..What can i do
              Internet is not working from last 3 months. I submitted lot of complains and email but no one is taking it seriously. And now you are saying, please pay bill for continue your suspended services. How dare you say?

              Stop these nonsense, ok. Firstly correct your system. And provide the services. We are not liable and will not pay a single coin.

                My wipod is not working for the past one month. I contacted 4 reliance mobile stores in hyderabad. They could not do. I got he bill for rs.295/ (From aug8-sept9). Really fedup in contacting customer care personnel. Finally it says"due to unavaoidable circumstances, could not complete"etc and some nonsense. So i want to terminate the service from nowplease let me know what to do". Very hope less customer service-. I do not want any more to be spent. Please terminate immediately. No proper reply from customer care. When see the complaints about 4g, abundant complaints. Repeated billings etc

                  You have no customer service representative doing their job they are good for nothing and dnt knw how to behave with the customer they just hang up on the customer ans ur helpline is a trash because calls dnt get connected and if they do ur executive drops the call

                  Is that the way u behave with your customers

                  You dnt have any good plan for the old customers like us

                  U only make plan for 4g users
                  We pay 20p for 1 sec u charge me 1:20 p for a minute this is insane i knw companies that charged you a rupeee or 60p for per min your charges are bad u must sel[censored]pgrade our plans at least to per sec 1p like

                      I tried your customer care number. I. E 198, *333 and others but no one picked the phone.
                      I need some information regarding my number and sim but no one in reliance communication group is to listen.

I have already paid more than the bill amount, still the porting request is not completed. The cc informed that the extra payment will be adjusted when new bill will be generated and then again the porting request will be rejected on the basis o[censored]nfilled amount.                               Here is my reliance postpaid internet no :[protected]
                              First, i thought some temporary issue and was not home for few days but when i was calling customer care from last 3-4 days, but there is no response. Couldn't talk to representatives only. Customer care[protected] replied back to me that, representatives are not available this time. But it is saying all the time.
                              At least, people should talk to customers. Every month to pay bill, people will call, but they are not helping if customer has any issue.

                              Seriously, i was frustrated by calling customer care. If i didnt get reply, i dont have any other plans except cancelling the connection.

                                I am writing you the mail as the last resource of resolution. I am almost 10 year old customer with rcom.
                                Without my intimation my plan has been changed and put me on advance rental were i got the bill of 2300/- moreover when i visited to rcom store i have been informed that my international roaming is also activated and for which i have been charged 200/- rupees every month, where as i have never activated this facility of roaming and for last 10 years i have never traveled out of india.
                                I am regularly speaking to the customer care & appellate authority but the executives out their are absolutely unprofessional and unable to solve the query.
                                Without fault of mine my outgoing has been barred and i need to face real big problem.

                                  I had sent you an email complaining of non adjustment of bill payments made in respect of my mobile number [protected] from july 2017 onwards. I am a longstanding customer of your organisation and bills are regularly paid by auto debit through citibank every month. Despite their making payments every month your bills indicate dues from jul 2017 onwards. There has so far not been any response from your end till date.
                                  I am a senior citizens and cannot run from pillar to post for rectification of my bill. Kindly take immediate steps to address my grievance and also email me the progress in this regard.

                                  It is more than a week since I complained but my complaint has not been resolved till date. All customer service numbers are unreachable. To add insult to injury, my telephone services have been suspended for no fault of mine. I was forced once again to make another payment in order to restore my connection. Despite being a longstanding customer and a senior citizen, Reliance Communications have not at all bothered to address my complaint till date.

                                    Hi,

                                    I recharged my reliance no, [protected] on 5th of sep 2017 with 130 talk time, post recharge i did not use balance for any call and any other services, my balance is getting detect automatically, even while receiving incoming call also balance got deducted. Tried to connect reliance care and complain no. As well but no response. Please help to get my balance back.

                                      Sir,
                                      I received a call from miss poonam phone:[protected] stating that reliance are offering unlimited calls, mobile data for 8 months durations with rs.500 deposit. I accepted the offer and asked to send their representative.
                                      Mr. Sravan phone: [protected] contacted me and gave a sim card and collected rs. 500 from me on september 1st 2017 friday. He told me to contact miss poonam phone [protected]. We are given sim cards, but no sim number and he said that it will be auto generated.
                                      My sim has not been activated till today. And all the above two mobile numbers are switched off ever since.
                                      Have i been cheated by the above two in your reputed name of reliance communications. What should i do now? I have given all documents xerox. Seriously disappointed.

                                        I tried your customer care number. I. E 198, *333 and others but no one picked the phone.
                                        I need some information regarding my number and sim but no one in reliance communication group is to listen.
                                        What i do? I waste approx 2 hours on customer care but no one picked the phone.
                                        I am fed up with your services. No network? No service stores?
                                        Where i buy new sim with same number.
                                        Please contact me and resolve my issues.
