[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not received sms

I have not received sms and also not out going sms since last three days. i am calling reliance customer care but he is not resolve my problem and not satisfied answer me .so it is problem for my work.i can not work in my work place due to not received sms.so my senior officer is irritated me . Please help me. and resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks
