[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not refunding the excess amount paid by me and also reflected in May 15 bill

A/C RIS-[protected] Billing Account No. : [protected] CAN No :[protected] I was using reliance broadband along with line line no. [protected] for the last 7 years. Due to continuous problem I stopped their service and paid all dues as asked to me thereby I paid extra amount of Rs. - 1, 150.58 which is also reflected in bill no.[protected] dated[protected]. I have been chasing the for refunding the amount every now and then. But to my utter dismay no response form the Reliance Communication. Please request for refunding the amount without any further delay as we have paid promptly.
