[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not resolve my complaints and closing the request without resolving the issue under multiple instance | |||
Hi, I am a post paid customer of reliance and has ported my number a months before. This is a formal complaint against reliance customer care kolkata. Please find the below points as mentioned. 1) reliance customer never replied to my any mail (4-5 emails) and whenever i ring at 198, they never update me in proper manner. I had word with customer care at multiple instant but never got 1% satisfied with the way they deal with customer. Customer care agent were not fluent to communicate with customer both in term of language and knowledge. 2) i have raised 4 complaint but none were resolved with proper update i would say no update. Sr are close at backend without letting know the customer any update. When i rang customer care to check the update they were unable to provide me anyth update. Told me they would arrange a call back in 2 hours’ time but till now i have not received any call yet. The below are the sr numbers. A[protected] B[protected] C[protected] 3) when i applied to port my number in reliance website, received a call just next day from reliance customer care name :tanushree Phone number from where i received call: [protected]. While porting my number reliance executive informed me that there are two unlimited plan in 699 are 599. The plan comes with 699 is 3g, so i preferred that. What was informed me was that there is unlimited outgoing calls in this plan and also that is applicable while roaming both innet and offnet. That was only one reason why i ported to reliance. 4) i have regular call drop while i am in a call. The network is really too bad either it is 2g/3g both. Network all of sudden drop to zero and network comes for 5-10 minutes. 5) i am paying my postpaid bill for 3 g too but can never use that, then why i am paying that and for what reliance is charging me those charges? Please let me know why reliance is playing with customer this way? Just to get the customer in their bucket reliance is making fake promises. After getting the customer you have changed your attitude completely. This completely in justice and it seems reliance will do anything to get customer that too making false promises.
