My complain no.[protected] was placed on 04.08.2016 at 7.00 am in morning. However, the query has not been resolved inspite of several reminders and currently, i am not even able to customer care services. Also, the gallery personnel are not replying to my queries.
My query is that i have my internet pack of 2G, 6GB data pack activate however, i have not been able to use internet when i still had 1.25GB left of data.Now my pack has expired, I have neither received any data refund nor my complaint of non usage of Internet has been resolved.
