Hello there,
I had requested for new broadband connection, the installation was done after all the drama, wherein I had to make 50+ calls and write 20+ emails... Finally installation was done on Sunday 16 March(payment was done on 3 March), but from Monday connection is terminated, when contacted the technicians, who did the installation, they told there is some issue with the line and they will fix it next day morning. It's been 3 mornings since they replied and issue is not fixed yet. If possible restore the connection by tomorrow or refund the amount. I am really fed up of writing emails and calling customer care... Please do the needful... Thanks in advance Was this information helpful? |
