[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not satisfy with customer care people and services | |||
Herein Debendra Panda, My mobile num #[protected](postpaid). Last April-2015 I had activated roaming thru 198 Customer care. They told me after 15days it will be deactivated automatically. But till the date not deactivated. Last month on June I raised complaint for deactivation thru mail and voice call to *222 customer care. But the customer care people not logging complaints. When I did not paid bill then only they logged complaint on july-2015. Again they proceed same roaming charges on this month. I called *222 customer care one fellow Manish attend my called and kept on hold for 30mins and at last he told "sorry I can not log any complaint from our end."
