Reliance Communications — not sending port code

My reliance number is [protected]. Which is register to the my i'd sandeep singh.
And i want to port my number
I am trying to change from reliance to jio as there is no network of reliance at my workplace. But reliance is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times. Reliance guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

I send port [protected] to 1900 various times.. But it is not sending me any upc code... Kindly request sir plz help me
