Reliance Communications — Not sufficient money on my mobile

There a a sufficient on my above mobile No [protected] GSM on my last call on 13th Jan but on my net call on 14th Jan a message of non having insufficient amount I cant talk
I made several Complaint at no 198 and *333 find no response due to net work problem. I also made e mail but find no answer Kindly restore my balance
