[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not terminating my account and charging extra bills | |||||
I have submitted an request to terminate my account. They told termination process will be completed within 9 days. Today its more than 13 days and my account is still active and they are charging me for the services. I tried to call customer care but after listening to my complaint they hang up the call.
