[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not terminating my connection even though I have paid full amount | |||
Hi, Reliance is not terminating my netconnect . First I spoke to their customer care and raised the request to terminate my postpaid netconnect dongle, they gave me the termination Id and said that in 10 days it will be de-activated. Also they asked me to pay the final bill amount of 1045 rs, I have paid that money and informed the customer care back . But after few days ago they called me and asking me to pay bill amount . Now when I give that termination id to refer, they are saying it's not termination id .They are fooling customers and stealing the money. Please help me . Was this information helpful? | |||
