[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not Terminating the Connection of Data Card even i requested for 2 months after i lost it | |||
Dear Sir, I have lost my data card numbered as (Reliance Number: [protected] and Relationship Number:[protected] two months before. I called to customer care executive for 14 times via[protected] and[protected] and informed about the situation two months before but no response from them. And I mailed about this to rcom.[protected]@relianceebill.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com but no response from them also. Now Im getting every month bill also. I called now to the same customer care but now also no response. It is really a worst customer service from reliance. I really felt bad to have that network. I just want to ask about a thing to reliance, y should I pay for my lost data card for past 2 months. For connecting customer care, it took long time. A worst customer service!. I need a solution immediately. So I would like to rise and file a complaint against Reliance Communication. They are torturing me with this worst service. And On 19/08/2016, I got a call from Customer Care to Pay my bill. Then i Explained about the thing from the scratch. They Noted that and given the note ID i.e. [protected].
